Our
History
MALATJI AND ASSOCIATES was formed and officially incorporated in 2012, registered with the CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) in terms of Companies Act 71 of 2008 of the Republic of South Africa.
Our core foundation initially focused on the provision of Refrigeration and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) services, providing planning, designing, and managing MEP systems, to a small proportion of clientele in the commercial and industrial space.
In 2023 the company took on a new impetus, starting a new stage of growth, rebranding and modernization; taking the resolve to expand its service capabilities, and gearing to take up high-level investment projects, offering a comprehensive approach, and expanding its customer portfolio in South Africa and across the African continent.
